FAQ - Installing blubell
Q: How can I try blubell ?
A: You can download the free trial version giving you 15 days or up to 50 calls
Q: Why does blubell tell me to check my proxy settings?
A: There is a known bug in .Net 1.1 that for specific network settings (having multiple network connections and only for one having defined a proxy server) it does not manage to get the correct network settings. To resolve the issue, please open the Internet Explorer, go to " Tools / Internet Options / Connections, click on the LAN settings tab and make sure the " " Proxy Server " option is not selected.

A: We strongly recommend you to use the original Bluetooth drivers which are normally supplied on CD with your Bluetooth hardware, by your PC manufacturer or Bluetooth adaptor manufacturer. Alternatively you can download the latest Bluetooth drivers from your manufacturer support page.
Q: Why do I get the message "You may not have a recent version of Windows Media Player installed on your computer. Please install a new version and try again" ?
A: Most probably you have Windows2000 OS or probably you have an older version of Media Player. In order to function properly, blubell needs at least 9.0 Media Player.
