REFUND POLICY

The blubell application is classified as software and, as such, is usually not refundable. To ensure you have an opportunity to test compatibility of your equipment prior to making a purchase, we offer you ‘15 days/50 calls’ use of our ‘blu’ license at no cost to you.

If, despite successful use and installation of the ‘blu’ license you still have issues with our ‘gold’ license, we gladly offer refunds if the software proves to be incompatible with your particular computer configuration. If you have installation problems with blubell, please contact us as soon as possible.  Our support team will help resolve the issue, or if that fails, refund your purchase price.

We strongly recommend taking advantage of our free Bluetooth checker and ‘blu’ trial license before you buy.
